1. Parties

By completing a purchase, you confirm you have read and agree to these Terms.

2. Description of the Service

SpeechWriter AI generates personalised speeches for special occasions (weddings, graduations, retirements, birthdays, and others) using artificial intelligence. The generated speech is delivered to your email address.

Available plans:

  • Single speech — one AI-generated speech for one occasion ($14.99)
  • Bundle (3 speeches) — three speeches, each redeemable via a unique link sent by email ($34.99)

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, have legal capacity to enter a binding contract, and provide accurate information.

4. Nature of AI-Generated Content

THE SPEECH IS PRODUCED ENTIRELY BY AN ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE SYSTEM. AI-GENERATED CONTENT IS PROBABILISTIC AND MAY CONTAIN ERRORS, INACCURACIES, OR CONTENT THAT IS FACTUALLY INCORRECT OR STYLISTICALLY UNSUITABLE. SPEECHWRITER AI MAKES NO WARRANTY REGARDING THE ACCURACY OR FITNESS OF THE GENERATED CONTENT.

The generated speech is provided as a draft. By using the Service, you acknowledge that:

  • The content was generated by AI, not a human writer
  • You assume full legal and moral responsibility for any speech you deliver in public
  • SpeechWriter AI is not liable for any consequences arising from the delivery of a generated speech

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is defamatory, hateful, discriminatory, inciting violence, fraudulent, or in violation of any applicable law. SpeechWriter AI reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders that violate these restrictions.

6. Payment

Payment is processed via Stripe. SpeechWriter AI does not collect or store card details. Prices are displayed in USD at checkout.

7. No Right of Withdrawal — Digital Products

Before completing payment, you are presented with a mandatory checkbox confirming your express consent to the immediate delivery of digital content. By actively checking this box and completing payment, you waive your right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m) and equivalent UK regulations.

No refunds will be issued for completed speech generation, except in cases of documented technical failure where the speech was not delivered. Contact support@writemymoments.com within 7 days.

8. Bundle Credits

  • Bundle links have no expiry date and can be used at any time after purchase
  • Each link is single-use and generates one speech
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your bundle links — save the bundle confirmation email
  • SpeechWriter AI is not responsible for loss of links due to email deletion

9. Intellectual Property

SpeechWriter AI grants you a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, adapt, and publicly perform the generated speech for personal, non-commercial purposes. AI-generated content may not qualify for copyright protection under applicable law. The Owner retains all rights to the Service, interface, and branding.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPEECHWRITER AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING REPUTATIONAL HARM, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM A SPEECH DELIVERED IN PUBLIC. TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC PURCHASE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SpeechWriter AI from any claims, damages, or legal costs arising from: (a) your public delivery of a generated speech; (b) harmful or unlawful content you submitted in the form; or (c) your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Rome, Italy, without prejudice to mandatory local jurisdiction rules for EU/UK consumers.

Users outside the EU/UK agree that any dispute shall be governed by Italian law and resolved before the courts of Rome, Italy.

13. Changes

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
