SpeechWriter AI collects the following categories of personal data:
- Email address — provided at checkout to receive the generated speech
- First name (speaker's name) — provided in the speech form
- Speech content details — occasion, subject's name, age, personal traits, anecdotes, tone preference
- Usage data — IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps
- Payment data — processed exclusively by Stripe; SpeechWriter AI does not receive or store card details
3. Age Restriction
This Service is intended exclusively for Users aged 18 or older. SpeechWriter AI does not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

7. International Data Transfers
All transfers outside the EEA are conducted via Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where applicable.
8. AI Transparency (EU AI Act)
The speech delivered is entirely generated by an artificial intelligence system (Anthropic Claude). The output is probabilistic and may contain inaccuracies. User data is not used to train AI models. The User is responsible for reviewing the content before public delivery.
9. Analytics
SpeechWriter AI does not use third-party analytics cookies. Usage insights are derived solely from anonymised, aggregated server logs (Vercel), purged after 30 days.
10. Your Rights
Under applicable law (GDPR for EU/UK, CCPA for California), you have the right to: access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your data; object to processing; withdraw consent; and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
